| What is TNT?
TNT
is an acronym, standing for "Taekwondo 'n' Thai
boxing". After decades of hard training and research,
Master Sang created this system of martial arts training
for people who want the best of both systems for total
fitness.
Taekwondo is known for high kicks and excellent footwork.
Thai boxing has devastating low kicks, strong knee &
elbow strikes, and good boxing techniques. As a system
of stand-up fighting the two of them make a perfect
combination, addressing every range of fighting and
the full gamut of striking techniques.
In addition
to the fighting techniques, TNT brings in stretching
methods and conditioning drills from both arts, giving
the participant notable improvement in the following
areas:

TNT, just

Unlike other formalized martial arts disciplines, TNT
has no uniforms, no belts, no ranking structures, and
no restrictions. It is not bound to any particular race,
creed, or color. There is no sparring, and therefore almost
no risk of injury. It's perfect for an actor, a model,
a CEO, a mother, or anyone who doesn't want to scare people
with a black eye, a busted lip, or huge bruises. The emphasis
is on fun and fitness while still building skill sets
that can serve someone in self-defense situations.
The TNT workout
is one that pushes you hard enough that you feel like
you were just concentrating effortlessly, "in the
zone" so to speak. That "zone" is where
your head is clear of all the negative or doubtful thoughts
that litter your mind and cause stress. That is why a
CEO can come in to a TNT training session after a brutal
day at the office looking tired, weak, and beaten-down,
yet feel so pumped-up and stress-free when he or she leaves.
Yet for those
purists who pursue combat sports and martial arts sparring
competitions, TNT is still highly relevant to their training.
The constant striking and moving is key to understanding
how to deal with a live opponent. Instead of hitting and
kicking a stationary bag and developing bad habits as
far as footwork, TNT training is like working with a moving
fight trainer, but using combinations that are proven
